Data::Vitals::Chest is part of the
L<Perl "Vital Statistics" Library|Data::Vitals>.

It is a very simple class that allows you to create objects that represent a
single measurement of the circumference of the human torso at the chest.

In women, this measurement is also known as the "bust" measurement, and is
a component of the equation used to determine bra size.

=head2 Taking this Measurement

The chest measurement is taken with a tape measure around the torso,
with the tape loose, but just tight enough to avoid the tape falling.

The measurement should be taken at the largest point, and includes the
breast. In both men and women this usually means taking the measurement so
that the tape runs over the nippples.

Data::Vitals::Chest is implemented primarily in
