  dependency is not "hard" but if Unicode::Map8 is missing, the test
  is skipped and leads to a PASS, otherwise to a FAIL. Need to
  stabelize and always do it towards more dependencies.

  Or maybe it was Unicode::MapUTF8? Or both?
