The documentation has improved greatly and the version numbering scheme
has been changed.

Since 0.05 was never released, it's changes may also be of interest.

Most CPAN modules are distributed under the same terms as Perl
itself.  Crypt::Rot13 is not.  See the pod for more information.

There are a number of changes between 0.04 and 0.05, the only
user-visible ones being the changed documentation and a more powerful
rot13 () method.  Legacy code using Crypt::Rot13 will not need
changing.  You can now use any sort of degree, from -INF to +INF, if
Perl can handle it.

The code for the crypt () method has been vastly improved.
