Tie::CSV_File - ties a csv-file to an array of arrays
SYNOPSIS

INSTALLATION
To install this module type the following:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
DEPENDENCIES
This module requires these other modules and libraries:

Data::Compare

Test::ManyParams
Please note that the Text::CSV_XS module needs to be proper installed.
(It's not enough only to copy the CSV_XS.pm file to the right patch,
this module needs to be compiled!)
