to install Apache::SWIT on barebones Ubuntu Hardy:

	libipc-run-perl libwww-mechanize-perl libpackage-alias-perl \
	libdatetime-perl libcrypt-blowfish-perl \
	libdatetime-format-strptime-perl libtemplate-perl \
	libmath-combinatorics-perl libcrypt-cbc-perl libdigest-crc-perl \
	libfile-mmagic-perl libdatetime-format-pg-perl \
	libmodule-pluggable-perl libmodule-build-perl apache2-prefork-dev
- as postgres: createuser $USER

perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install

This module is not supposed to run on windows box.
