The 'screens' MySQL table defines which files are outputted to the client at
given stages. Screen names that are supported are:

	'new_luser' for when a user logs in as 'new' and wishes to create
		new account.
	'main_screen' the main menu screen
	'sysop_screen' the sysop menu screen
	'login' the screen someone first sees when they connect
