* There are obviously some pretty serious spam concerns with allowing wiki
  pages to get trackback pings. That's going to need to be addressed.

* Will need to deal with configuration or preference setting for the number of
  trackbacks to display (or to display them at all).

* Output is not pretty.

* There are probably issues with HTML escaping and the excerpt.
