To install this module, cd to the directory that contains this INSTALL
file and type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install

To install this module into a specific directory, do:
   perl Makefile.PL PREFIX=/name/of/the/directory
   ...the rest is the same...

Please also read the perlmodinstall man page, if available.


TROUBLESHOOTING

If you get the error message:

t/00parse_gb_to_chaos....NOK 3# Failed test 3 in t/00parse_gb_to_chaos.t 

You are probably not using a new enough version of bioperl. Use the
one supplied on www.fruitfly.org/chaos-xml
