This is a new tail. It now includes an implementation of Chip
Rosenthal's xtail. To use it, rename this program "xtail" (or create a
symlink), or call "tail -f". It can be used to monitor the growth of
multiple (hundreds) of log files. `pod2text tail | more' for more
information. This version should be complete ; nothing is supposed to
be added, only bugs should be removed.

Before my signature is a simple test program which can be used to
simulate multiple log files, for test purpose. I would appreciate if
someone tries to test my tail implementation.. After the signature is
the real program.
