TODO list for Perl module HTTPD::APS

- Performance enhancement: Make a better, more transparent caching layer for Class::DBI for use
  with read-mostly classes that will intercept read querires and
  install a trigger on write operations to update the cache.

- HTTPD::ADS::AbuseNotify is a stub. Flesh it out.

- HTTPD::ADS::OpenProxyDetector is a stub . Flesh it out.
