Things TODO for WWW::Velib

Allow weather images to be downloaded and cached to build up a local
repository of weather icons.

Download last 2 days/1, 2 or 3 weeks details.

Download account information (name, date, CP, etc)

Decide on myaccount/get_myaccount, and multiple months.

Remove eg/station (merge into eg/velib)

Search for open/not open stations

Reduce size of eg/data/*

Diff two maps

Search stations by like_name, like_address

Velib trips: return DateTime objects if DateTime is installed
(override via a package var)?

Velib trip: return average speed (need a map, to obtain geographic
