Revision history for Perl extension CGI-Path.

  - trying to show history only if the browser supports document.open
  - changing to my_content_type to avoid renaming warnings
  - adding magic_fill_regardless
  - adding validate_new_hash method
  - also checking $step on jump around stuff
  - saving _printed_pages when it gets wiped
  - pushing $_ onto the _extant_info stuff
  - adding pre_val to the history even if the method wasn't called
  - accounting for $show_errors in validate_proper
  - only doing the post_val call if validation up to that point has passed
  - using delete on session stuff instead of setting = to undef

  - handle_jump_around should make resubmitting  pages work a little better
