TODO:

1. Add a "transact" function which allows for multiple IPC::Lite edits atomically.
1 a. Check to see if AutoCommit is *already off* when entering a function like PUSH, and, if so, don't begin_work
1 b. Store the transact "expected state" in the db handle itself, so inconsistencies can be checked and warn'ed/croak'ed

2. Change timeouts to work on a per-value level, not per-variable.  The whole extra table thing is completely silly.  Just add the "exp" to hashes and arrays.   Add an "expiry" attribute to tied variables which can be read or set.

3. Create more forking tests that run in tight loops and try to break things.

4. Autodetect whether DBI's CLONE thing works on fork, and, if so, reuse database handles?? (this might be a bad idea, needs benchmarking and lots of testing, my guess is... not much improvement and lots of room for failure)
