	- improved sort portability, should now be cleanly subclassable.
        - Removed /0 error when no (non-)?spam messages had been loaded.
        - init_db now deletes old database files (removes "uninitialised
          value" warnings).
        - added _stream methods to merge mbox files without loading the
          whole thing into memory
        - tokens comprising numbers only are now ignored
