    - we use qsort instead of sortsv 
        (apparent speedup and should compile on 5.6)
    - now we sort hash keys comparing them the rawest way possible
        we consider no UTFness or locale
    - using SVt_PVAV and SVt_PVHV instead of 10 and 11
    - other minor adjustments
