	- fixed bug in next_integer_length causing infinite loop; changed to older module file layout to avoid conflict with Inline::MakeMaker. Annoyingly this produces a recompile on every make, even when just Perl code has changed

	- changed DX underlying structure to ber-string instead of Perl array, added sum_to_doc inlined C function to process it. Gives huge memory savings and 2x search speedup; fixed bug in and-matcher logic
