TODO for XML::Conf

- Write more tests, I am still not sure I am covering everything and I
  am experiencing some weird things with the case parameter.

- Write documentation

	- Sections

	- Parameters

- Add SYNOPSIS material when the tests are done

- _val (list and scalar context), examples and clarification.

- sig parameter to B<new>, examples and clarification.

- case parameter to B<new>, examples and clarification.
