Array Handling:
   If size is undef or 0, figure out from scalar(@array).
   Add array handling for all functions.

API:
 figure out a MPI::Request class. (to use for MPI_Request's for asyncs)

Scatter:
    Figure out why the free's are making it seg fault!

Data Type Handling:
   For now, i've used the FLOAT_HACK, which uses MPI_DOUBLE instead of 
      MPI_FLOAT under the covers.  This makes it pass our tests, at
      least.   Since perl represents data as doubles anyway, it might
      be fine to just stick with this hack.  I would like to
      understand why it is necessary.
  
Buffers:
   Finish array buffer packer.
   For scatter, bcast, and others- don't malloc the sendbuf unless we're in
     the root?  Can we just pass null? (and recvbuf for gather)

Documentation:
   Finish POD docs.  

Testing:
   Write test for MPI_Sendrecv.
    
   Extend tests for communication functions to test out all of the
     data types, at least for send/recv.  We can safely assume that if
     they work in this case they will work for others, probably.
   Extend tests to test array handling.
