Example code to implement a dateslider widget for an RRD. 

To use:
1. make sure your webserver will serve .cgi files as CGI. 
2. edit rrd.png.cgi and set path names.
3. edit index.html and set the img's src= tag to point at the rrd.png.cgi with appropriate arguments.
