 - extracts indented require / use statements

 - trim all modules shipped by dist from prereqs, not only modules under dist
   namespace. useful when dist ships various namespaces (reported by dams)
 - corrollary: don't trim all modules under dist namespace, only the ones
   shipped by dist.
