Under code/ are the files that do not need to be served out by Apache.  Under
html/ are the files that are served out by Apache.

Only the main_config.pl file is in the non-Plain theme code directories.  The
sitemap.pl and navmap.txt files will need to be copied from the code/Plain
directory.
