RELEASE PROCEDURE

* Update $VERSION in modified modules and/or files

* Update release version in Makefile.PL

* Update $VERSION in t/WizTestSettings.pm 
  to reflect the latest Wizard version

* Update CHANGES log

* Run make test - this will check MANIFEST too
  Some of the tests require specific versions of Wizard.
