Two Phase Commit:

This version includes access to the 2PC calls. Usage is as follows:

$dbh = Sybase::DBlib->open_commit([$user, $pwd, $server, $app_name]);
$id = $dbh->start_xact($app_name, $xact_name, $site_count);
$name_string = Sybase::DBlib->build_xact_string($xact_name,
	       $service_name, $commid);

$dbh->commit_xact($id);
$dbh->close_commit;

I have NOT TESTED THIS!!!
