This web site implements mail handling controls for outbound 
mail coming from multiple ISPs.

You might use this site as a sender or as a recipient.  
	<ul>
	<li>Senders can be asked to verify that the mail they sent isn't actually
	spam.  
	<li>Recipients can be asked what we should do when we receive mail
	for them that we think might be spam.
	</ul>
</p><p>
Senders may authorized onto the site by clicking on a URL
in a bounce message they've received because one of their emails was
quarantined or by asking for an authorization email.

Recipients may be authorized only be clicking on a URL in a message
they received either because we are holding mail for them or by
asking for an authorization email.
