The reason for we are doing this is that some mail servers notice which
mail servers send them spam and then block all mail from the sending servers.
Some examples are the mail servers for AOL and Comcast.  If we want to 
continue to be able to send mail to AOL and Comcast we must eliminate most
of the spam that we send them.  This is how we're doing it.
