    - reinstall got refactored into install, which is now sensible per
      Collection instance of the classes it installed to, and caches
      their original contents on install.
    - The reinstall methods in Collection and Recipe are implemented.
    - Original @ISA contents were not preserved correctly. Fixed and
      andded a test.

    - Initial Release. Basic functionality for external integration
      and tests should be complete. This is a development release
      to be able to further change the API if external usage requires
      it. Once it has proven, it will be released as a public version.
