  - Maintenance Release by Dmitry Karabanov, some new features have been added,
    most notably Photo Size Chooser (unless otherwise stated, changes pertain
    to the top-level dhanlder)
        - added .photo_size_chooser method
        - altered .photo_view and other methods accordingly
        - added corresponding HTTP GET and POST parameters
        - added onclick attributes to relevant html elements
        - introduced javascript class (called from onclick attributes) and 
          top-level autohandler method for output of the script element
        - added optional directory index view feature 
        - added optional XHTML/CSS validation buttons
