SYNOPSIS
      require Graphics::ColorNames::VACCC;

      $NameTable = Graphics::ColorNames::VACCC->NamesRgbTable();
      $RgbBlack  = $NameTable->{paledullred};

DESCRIPTION
    This module defines color names and their associated RGB values for the
    VisiBone Anglo-Centric Color Code. This is intended for use with the
    Graphics::ColorNames package.
