	- Add the -template_dir option. This requires HTML::Template
	- Add the -template_name option
	- Add the -timeline_height option
	- Add the -url_for_xml option
	- Add the -web_page option
	- Rename timeline.html to timeline.tmpl
	- Add user help to the bottom of the HTML output
	- Report people with missing birth dates below the timeline
	- Change default height of the HTML output to 500px
	- Change the hard-coded date in timeline.tmpl to the earliest birth date
