Weather-Com Installation Instructions

Installation of Weather-Com is pretty much Perl standard.

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test	   # best with Test::MockObject installed
   make install

  - Time::Format
  - URI::Escape
  - XML::Simple
