Geo-Converter-dms2dd version 0.02

Use this module to convert a coordinate value in degrees minutes seconds
to decimal degrees.  It exports a single sub C<dms2dd> which will
parse and convert a single value.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
