HTML::Examiner is a module to run rule based verifications on HTML. This 
is not a module to execute W3C validations. The rules are described using 
a Domain Specific Language. See module's documentation for more info.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make test
	make install

After installing, you can find documentation for this module with the
perldoc command.

    perldoc HTML::Examiner
