This lists only the changes for the current release (v1.27) over the last
version, since CHANGES is now quite big:

  * use register_callback to get notified by Math::BigInt on lib changes
  * remove a couple of needless return statements in Sequence.pm
  * require Math::BigInt v1.74
  * write out own META.yml
