  It should be 1.5-2 times as fast as normal filecaching)

- Fix: recursive includes didn't really work because of compile-time
  instead of runtime check

  supported. Tests were added for all these, which were generally missing from
  the HTML::Template test suite.

  accumulate data, like HTML::Template works.
