	Mozilla::DOM.  Add and register dom_key_* and dom_mouse_*
	marshallers.  Add documentation for those signals.  Show how to
	use them in the example.

	* xs/GtkMozEmbed.xs: Cast the return value of
	gtk_moz_embed_get_chrome_mask to make g++ happy.
