v1.05:	Eliminated "Geo::Weather" module requirement - www.w3.weather.com 
changed their HTML *AGAIN* and Geo::Weather is apparently keeping up, so I 
now scrape their page myself.
Added "browser" and "weatherurl" options, see manpage.
