just type (as root) :

perl Makefile.PL
make test
make install

you will get some examples in 
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/PERL_VERSION/Paw/examples/
and "perldoc Paw" will bring up the base documentation.
Each widget has it's own documentation:
