WWW-GetPageTitle

The module doesn't do much, it was designed for an IRC bot, so flames > /dev/null.

The module simply accesses a website and gets its title. 

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

	perl Build.PL
	./Build
	./Build test
	./Build install
