Canonicalizes text to a specified EOL/EOF convention, repairing any 'mixed' usages

To install Text::FixEOL, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::FixEOL

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::FixEOL
