WebService-Viddler-0.10

Changes for version 0.10

Added support for most API methods, started adding param verification for optional arguments and passing error codes if method failed. Started testing against personal Viddler account.

To install WebService::Viddler, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WebService::Viddler

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WebService::Viddler
